"CAMERA 300 "– BITOLA 2001 (FADF)

ANOUNCES COMPETITION FOR PARTICIPATION THE FADF RULE BOOK

1.FADF is being kept in Bitola from 02 – 04 ,Novembre ,2001

2.ORGANIZERS OF FESTIVAL  FADF " CAMERA 300" IS BEING ORGANISED BY THE : Cinema union of Macedonia , Cinema video club Studio Milton Manaki  - Bitola  and Public Technics – Bitola .

3. THE GOAL OF THE FESTIVAL  FADF is to organise , motivate ,urge and evaluate  the documentary category .

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AT THE FADF CAMERA – 300:

• 1. All of film amateurs , selection and club members and indepedent  authors from country  and other countries  do have right to take part in the FADF :

• 2. The festival organiser would be receiving all the films recorded  on the film tape with , as well as film being recorded on VIDEO SUCK and VHS – S :

• 3. The length of any recorded film must not be more than 15 min:

• 4. On one video cassette  "first copy " can be applices no more thanfive films with an interval evidently marked between the films ;

5. APPLICATION

1. A Club , Section or an author can applicate unlimited number of film ;

2. Time limit of sending the films together with the application form is 10.10.2001 to the address:

6. ENDORSING AND AWARDS :

1. All technically   correct films which be estimated by the international jury will take part equally at the FADF :

2The decisions of the awarded prizes and recognitions by the expert international jury are final and irrevocable ;

3.The jury has been working according to the Rule Book of cinema union of Macedonia for the festival ;

4. At the FADF  CAMERA 300 the folowing awards and recognitions will be awarded ;

AWARD MEDALLION GRAND PRIX "MILTON  MANAKI", GOLDEN , SILVER ,BRONZE MEDALLION , CRYSTAL GOBLET FOR THE BEST CAMERA OF THE FADF

• At the Festival the jury could award and other special and recognitions by sponsors and donators ;

• Any film being shown in official projection as well as film – guest at the festival is getting a Diploma :

• A reviewer is chosen at the festival :

• The authors have  no any right to interfere with the work of the jury and expert board .

7. FINAL REGULATIONS :

All of the films which would arrive at the festival will be returned on the addres which is marked on the application from the latest 30.11.2001.

The organiser does keep the right of being able to present the applicated film in front of informating announcers and emissions specially made for that purpose
